Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 Hours per week

About the Role;

As the Gas Safety Manager, you’ll take ownership of the application and oversight of our Gas Safety Case and ensure our systems of work are not only compliant but consistently exceed expectations. You will report to the Head of Technical Compliance and lead a team of Responsible Persons (RPs), working collaboratively across departments to embed a culture of safety and excellence.

Your day-to-day will involve championing best practices, advising senior leadership and clients, auditing gas safety systems, assessing RP competencies, leading incident management, and ensuring our gas safety framework evolves in line with industry innovations and MOD requirements. You’ll also be instrumental in creating technical specifications, supporting site audits, and maintaining accurate records across systems and personnel.

What you’ll need;

We’re looking for someone with the right blend of qualifications and experience – ideally CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, and HTR1 Gas Safe Registered, with extensive experience working with gas systems. You’ll bring previous management or supervisory experience and the drive to work towards IEng or CEng status. A meticulous attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and the ability to lead with integrity are essential.
