Business in the Community (BITC) are leading a movement to create a fair and sustainable world in which to live and work. The findings of their Race at Work 2018 Scorecard Report led to the creation of the Race at Work Charter, detailing five calls to action for organisations committed to improving equality of opportunity in the workplace.

Armed Forces Covenant

We were one of the first companies to publicly commit to the Armed Forces Covenenant in 2013, and currently hold a Gold award.
