Working Hours/Pattern: Casual, weekends and school holidays

Salary: £7.55 to £12.21 per hour (dependent on age) + excellent benefits

 

Would you like to join our fantastic team at our impressive new golf outdoor activity area, as part of Swale Leisure trust?

  

We are currently recruiting for a number of Activity Assistants to work casual hours at weekends and school holidays. There will be other opportunities outside of this within Swale Leisure Trust.

 

You will be the face and the first point of contact for our golf activity area, making sure our customers have a safe, enjoyable, and adventurous experience.

  

As the Activity Assistant, you will deliver a variety of activities and sessions across our fun and fantastic golf course, as well as meeting and greeting guests in the reception area

  

We share your passion for leisure, and we will offer a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free membership to the facility.

 

About you

 

To be considered for this exciting role you must be available to work weekends and school holidays. Candidates who have previously worked in a similar position or have experience delivering activities or customer service to varied group sizes would be ideal, however we will consider candidates that do not have this experience as long as you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and can provide outstanding customer service.

 

You will be a team player, happy to support colleagues whenever necessary, able to work well under pressure and with a positive outlook and attitude.
