The role will entail all aspects of health and safety, security and maintaining relationships with local councils, landlords, law enforcement and key stakeholders at all levels.

You will also be accountable for customer service and experience, the recruitment, management and development of staff throughout the region, including resource planning to required operational levels.

There will be extensive travel around the region involved in this role so its important that you have a driving licence and are happy to travel.

What you need to do the role

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrable operational and management experience within a large team, with experience of managing key stakeholder relationships at all levels and budgetary compliance, expenditure and control.
