Salary: £13.79 per hour + excellent benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Gymnastics Coach to join our centre.
The main purpose of this role is to deliver a professional and fun Gymnastics programme of sport specific activity and ensure that coaching sessions are suitably planned and developed for all people including those less able or with specific needs. You will make sure that all guidelines are adhered to, and that safety and welfare of the gymnasts is always paramount. You will be an ambassador for More Leisure in the way sessions are delivered and in which you conduct yourself.

About You
To be considered for this role you will hold a British Gymnastics Coach qualification, ideally level 2 or appropriate (however you will be considered if you are working towards this), have experience in delivering structured coaching sessions and have high standards of personal delivery and ability to hold participants accountable to those standards while not infringing on the development or enjoyment of the participant.
You will be enthusiastic, resilient and be able to liaise professionally with customers and our coaching team. Lastly, you must also be able to be patient and understanding of the needs of the gymnasts and the centre in delivering the programme.
