Out of Hours Service Delivery Manager

£32,500

40 hrs per week on a rota basis (currently 4 on 4 off) with a hybrid working model

 

Here within our Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract an opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team. AASC offers a range of improvements, with particular focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system.

 

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be a key member of the Service Delivery team, this role is responsible for managing the service delivery co-ordinators to support the business across the Northwest and Midlands and East of England regions for the AASC contract.

The primary requirement of this role is to manage all administrative, scheduling and coordinating processes for service users accommodated under the Serco AASC contract. These processes cover all aspects of the service user journey, from collection and dispersal into initial accommodation through to the discontinuation of the service users support; as well as the property journey from the point at which a property is onboarded to when it is handed back.

 

 

What you need to do the job:

 

We are looking for an individual who has the ability to successfully engage and create successful working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
They must be able to demonstrate effective time management skills and ability to manage and deliver a variety of priority tasks, prioritising own workload to meet specific timescales. 

 

 

Knowledge and Qualifications:

 

  • Good understanding of data manipulation in MS Excel 
  • Experience of working within a target driven environment (desirable)
  • Maths and English to a GCSE level
  • Excellent people management skills with evidence of engaging staff and improving/driving team performance
  • Experience in leading and managing a team
  • Experience of leading and managing change
