Your Opportunity  

We are looking a Rostering Administror to primarily maintain the rostering and time & attendance administration, using the Time2Work workforce management tool, Matrix and Excel. 

 

The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, and good communication. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritizing skills. 

 

This role will be based in UAE, the role will be expected to work standard office hours.

 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Compiling and publishing rosters using the Time2Work Rostering Tool and Excel in accordance with company policies and standards and forecasted demand monthly;
  • Tracking of staff movements on a day to day operation;
  • Creating and maintaining an overall staff annual leave plan;
  • Planning and scheduling of all required training in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders;
  • Deal with staff roster issues and make necessary adjustments to provide efficient and effective duty arrangements;
  • Monitor and review the effectiveness of the roster arrangements, make necessary adjustments and escalate to Head of WFM for any issues that require further management review;
  • Update and maintain data in relevant sections to ensure staff resourcing, availability, and overtime are accurately recorded
  • Record and update assigned department staff leaves including but not limited to annual leaves, sick leave, time-of-in-lieu (TOIL) quota and claims in the Human Resource System (SAP) for Serco staff and rostered subcontractors.
  • Ensure correct overtime submitted, processed and paid to respective staff as per the assigned department whilst coordinating with the HR Department;

 

Specific Requirements

  • The job holder will be educated to a level of High School Diploma, General Education Degree or equivalent professional qualification. 
  • Arabic speaker
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Highly developed communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Well developed problem solving skills relevant to dealing with shift or roster allocation scenarios
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous change and improvement
  • Numerical and planning skills relevant to roster coordination and management
  • Sound negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to effectively liaise with a range of internal stakeholders
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Spreadsheets
