The Job Opportunity
The ELV Systems Technician will be responsible for satisfactorily completing all allocated planned and reactive maintenance tasks, fault finding and remedial repairs on ELV/IT systems and all associated equipment.
Key accountabilities
- Carry out the planned and reactive maintenance on the ELV/IT services and systems such as, CCTV, access control, turnstile, structural cabling, IPTV, UPS, motorized blind and louver, gate barrier, audio and back ground music, lighting control and parking management systems.
- Monitor rectify and/or repair ELV/IT systems and services and maintain and update records on a daily basis.
- Assist in monitoring ELV systems status, functionality, and update records as required.
- Maintain up to date knowledge for the safe and efficient performance of all duties.

- Able to work under stringent deadlines and high-pressure environment.
Specific requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with advance knowledge in ELV engineering.
- Experience in building maintenance essential
- Must hold relevant and recognized trade qualification in the discipline, or equivalent.
- Ideally a diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
