Your Opportunity  

We are looking for a CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) Specialist who will support and assist the helpdesk manager and CAFM engineer in delivering the CAFM services, projects to multiple clients served from Central Helpdesk. 

The ideal candidate should have the ability to manage all types of configurations for CAFM software (contract, SLA, PPM plans, stores etc) with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role is part of our Helpdesk Team and works very closely with our clients at the prestigious Zayed University in Abu Dhabi.
 

Key Accountabilities

• Managing all kinds of customer requests to facilitate CAFM functionalities for multiple projects

• Work closely with the Helpdesk Manager and CAFM Engineer to architech solutions for new projects and bids

• Interface with IT team of CAFM software company and keep the CAFM system upto speed with latest technologies and upgrades

• Managing all types of configurations for CAFM software

• Designing reports using Crystal Reports, Concept Reports and MS Power BI

• Developing SQL/MySQL queries for performance improvement, troubleshooting and report creation.

Specific Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience as a user of any CAFM application with enhanced technical skills to manage CAFM modification and creation requests

• Minimum 3 years experience in Facility Management particulalry in using FSI Concept Evolution System

• Ideally a degree holder in related qualification

• Basic knowledge of any of the following programming languages is a plus (C++, .net, Java, HTML, JavaScript, PHP,XML)

• Able to create workflow diagram/chart using MS Visio

• Very good knowledge in SQL Querying.

• Knowledge of Maximo is a plus
