Your Opportunity  

We are looking for a BMS Technician in Abu Dhabi, UAE who will be able to monitor and understand various control parameters in HVAC System and other Building Maintenance Systems.

The ideal candidate should be customer service oriented with attitude, behavior, interpersonal skill and problem solving skills that enable an employee to respond to internal and external customer needs and expectations in a positive manner. 

The hiring for this role is subject to contract award.

Key Accountabilities

• Have Technical Knowledge of HVAC, AHU, Heat recovery systems
• Carry out the Air Balancing, Water balancing, CO2 Monitoring, Fresh air balancing etc.
• Identify the potential energy saving measures and load optimization procedures.
• Have thorough knowledge of AHU service areas and their usability
• Demonstrate exceptional time management skills, while performing various tasks of high priority.
• Have good hands on skill, knowledge and working of Centrifugal Pumps, cooling towers, flow controls, Valves, Transmitters and Blowers.
• Identify and troubleshoot the malfunctions.
• Have sound Knowledge of SCADA and PLC.
• Have a thorough knowledge to Read diagrams, specifications, drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Specific Requirements

• At least seven (7) years of experience with advance knowledge in Electrical Engineering.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green / Black Belt preferred.
