About the Role
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager you will provide comprehensive and sustainable Administrative services to the healthcare team in our correctional environment. Organised and with a high attention to detail you will be responsible for booking appointments, clinical record keeping, providing daily clinic reports and ensuring all inmate files are correct.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (desired not essential) with the ability to undertake if required
  • Experience in providing administration support, ideally in a multi-disciplinary Health Services environment,
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications Excel and Word
  • Exceptional organisational skills and experience in collating and generating reports
  • Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders including procurement and external providers
  • Demonstrated effective teamwork working collaboratively with others to achieve the team goals and objectives
  • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
