Across the two years on the Serco Graduate program, you’ll take on real challenges, work with inspiring leaders, and gain the skills, experience and commercial insight to set you on the path of a fulfilling career.

You’ll be encouraged to use your initiative, take on important responsibilities and gain practical experience across a number of our businesses and/or corporate functional teams. And you'll be offered challenging and diverse opportunities to explore the problems we're trying to solve, as well as work on the solutions that are needed to solve them.

In any given week you might find yourself undertaking research, presenting to our government customers, identifying opportunities for innovation, shaping new services, contributing to a competitive bid, assessing KPIs, supporting the transition of a multi-million-dollar contract, contributing to business transformation, or developing your people leadership skills.

And approaching the conclusion of the program you’ll be supported in identifying roles you’d like to pursue across our wide and diverse business.

Asset & Facilities Management | Sydney

No two days are the same in the delivery of asset and facilities management and services where you’ll benefit from diverse exposure to development, management, procurement, reporting and advice on systems, infrastructure, policies, practice and standards - analysing and interpreting business and client needs and translate them into solutions. outcomes, development of business strategies and innovation, leading people, and business governance.

Degrees: Environmental & Sustainable Engineering; or Science (Environmental Studies or Information Tech/Systems); or Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical); or related disciplines

Digital (Application Development) | Sydney

Increasingly, embedded digital and technology is essential to winning and leading good business and being the best managed business in our sector. With a focus on application development, this graduate opportunity is a chance for someone passionate about digital technologies and have a knack for solution design and problem solving to work on things that matter, in partnership with our operations and our Growth and Digital teams.

Degrees: Information Tech/Systems (Mobile Application Development or Social and Digital Innovation); Business (Information Systems); or related disciplines

Digital Communication | Sydney

Working across our Corporate Affairs, Growth and People & Capability functions, this digital communications graduate role is a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the digital communication strategy and be involved in shaping narrative and content while growing their audience engagement skills in the development and measurement of creative and compelling stories, digital resources and campaigns – both internal and external to Serco.

Degrees: Communications (Digital & Social Media); Arts (Media & Comms or Digital Design); Commerce (Marketing); Interactive Media and Design (User Experience Design); or related disciplines

Data Analytics | Adelaide

Bring your studies to life as you are immersed in different teams across our Adelaide corporate office supporting our enterprise workforce solutions and the substantial services we provide to our diverse government clients. You’ll be involved in cleansing, curating, integrating diverse data sources in order to add value to raw data; undertaking data analytics and visualisation, data warehousing, data interrogation, validation, dashboarding and modelling to further data driven decisions for current and future projects.

Degrees: Business; Commerce; Applied Data Analytics; Data Science; Data Engineering; or related disciplines

Operations | Melbourne

Join our Citizen Services business in Melbourne and move across a range of our frontline operations to appreciate first-hand the work we do – as diverse as contact centres, traffic camera services, our experience lab for design thinking, and more. Gain experience across the many different aspects and teams contributing to business outcomes, working in partnership with government agencies, leading large and diverse workforces, and business governance.

This opportunity also includes a vacancy exclusively for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants.

Degrees: Business or Commerce, majors in Management, Government Relations, Public Administration, Business Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
