We are looking for Mental Health Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Psychologists and Clinical Psychologists to join us and make a positive difference every day.

With your own dedicated caseload, make a difference every day supporting Australian Defence Force (ADF) veterans and their families living with a variety of mental health problems including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, insomnia, alcohol and substance abuse, and gambling.

In a private and confidential office setting, deliver one-on-one counselling sessions which provide clarity, tailored support mechanisms and strategies designed to assist clients develop self-awareness and to help identify and address multiple issues impacting their mental health.

Be part of a multidisciplinary mental health support team of Clinical Psychologists, Psychologists, Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers and more, who are all dedicated and passionate about what they do.

Serco has partnered with Open Arms – Veterans & Families Counselling, a leading provider of high quality mental health assessment and clinical counselling services for ADF veterans and their families.  Together we are focused on meeting client needs through a combination of proven clinical practices and new and emerging evidence-based approaches.

As a mental health professional with Serco, not only will you deliver important clinical care, you will be part of a dedicated and passionate team consisting of more than 1,600 clinicians working across over 60 locations around the country.
