We are seeking customer service professionals to support our growing business

We have fantastic opportunities available for you to develop your call centre career at our contact centres located at:

  • Box Hill (Melbourne)
  • Dandenong (Melbourne)
  • Mill Park (Melbourne)
  • Varsity Lakes (Gold Coast)
  • Burnie (Tasmania).

You will be doing important work, helping Australians access vital government services:

  • Answering and responding to customer calls on behalf of an Australian Government Department
  • Helping members of our community access a range of important financial and support services
  • Assisting taxpayers to understand their obligations and the government support options available to them.
