  • Learn & earn whilst attending a comprehensive training course
  • Initial Training Course (ITC) will be held over 6 weeks, Monday to Friday, and then transition to on site to complete on the job training.
  • Transition to shiftwork with the potential to earn $68,400 gross p.a. + 10% superannuation
  • Current roster is 77 hours/fortnight | 7x 11-12 hour shifts per fortnight
  • Opportunity for overtime
  • Relocation allowance up to $5,000

Level 2 ~ Base hourly rate $26.88 + penalties + allowances + 17.5% annual leave loading + 10% super

The role of correctional staff is multi-faceted, providing safe and secure custody to those entrusted into our care, protecting the community and reducing reoffending.
