- Typical earnings start at $70,827 p.a. + super (including penalty rates), with opportunities to earn above $90K p.a. + super.
- From March 2026 (pending Fair Work Commission approval), typical earnings increase to $75,077 p.a. + super, with opportunities to earn above $95K p.a. + super.
- Hourly rates increase as you achieve Correctional Officer Level 2 & Level 3.

- Typical earnings start at $70,827 p.a. + super (including penalty rates), with opportunities to earn above $90K p.a. + super.
- From March 2026 (pending Fair Work Commission approval), typical earnings increase to $75,077 p.a. + super, with opportunities to earn above $95K p.a. + super.
- Hourly rates increase as you achieve Correctional Officer Level 2 & Level 3.
- Additional overtime, penalties, and allowances boost your earnings.
- 17.5% annual leave loading and 11.5% super.
