The hub will act as a true engine of growth for the business — forward-facing, innovative and commercially focused — enabling us to take on more contracts and operate with greater efficiency and insight. We're now hiring a team to be part of this exciting transformation.

This is a rare opportunity for you to join a brand-new team and play a key role in shaping how Finance operates across Serco. With limited standardisation in place today, you’ll help design, embed and continuously improve processes, while working closely with stakeholders to manage the impacts of change.

By joining the hub, you’ll play an active role in building the team, shaping the culture and driving transformation — experience that represents a significant and visible career milestone. This is not a static finance function, but a growth-focused, technology-aware environment where you can learn, evolve and make things better every day.

These roles provide strategic oversight, insight, leadership and accountability for driving projects, processes and transformation activity.
 
  • Senior Manager – Systems and Projects
  • Senior Manager – Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Service Delivery
  • Finance Managers, across Procured Services, Employee Costs, Intercompany and Recharges, Revenue and Billing
  • Technical Accounting Managers, across Fixed Assets and Leases, and IFRS 15 and Revenue Recognition
  • Finance Projects Managers
  • Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (FP&A)

These positions offer deep technical or process expertise, with responsibility for complex activities and stakeholder engagement.
  • Senior Financial Accountants, across Procured Services, Employee Costs, Intercompany and Recharges, Revenue and Billing, Technical Financial Accounting and Leases, Technical Revenue Recognition (IFRS 15)

These roles form the backbone of the Finance Hub, supporting high-quality reporting, controls and operational delivery.
