We’re hiring Aircraft Technicians, Supervisors, and Senior Engineers across both mechanical and avionics trades.

What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience in a rotary-wing maintenance environment
- Knowledge of military aviation standards and procedures
- Technicians and supervisors from ex-Forces or civilian Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) backgrounds
- Rotary-wing engineers keen to retrain into Merlin or Wildcat platforms
- Commitment to high standards in safety, quality, and teamwork

What could you do?
The initial recruitment process includes application, online tests, telephone interview and assessment (either face to face or virtual). If successful you'll be required to go through strict security and vetting checks, which will allow you to work in this secure environment. The checks are conducted via the Home Office and can up to six weeks to complete.
- Aircraft Engineering Fitter/Technician – Merlin (Culdrose, Cornwall)
- Aircraft Engineering Supervisor (Mechanical and Avionics) – Wildcat (Yeovilton, Somerset)
- Mechanical Supervisor – Merlin (Culdrose, Cornwall)
- Senior Supervisor – Wildcat (Yeovilton, Somerset)
- Senior Supervisor Aircraft Engineer – Merlin (Culdrose, Cornwall)
Aircraft Fitters with experience on rotary-wing platforms beyond Merlin and Wildcat are encouraged to take advantage of our upskilling opportunities, allowing them to retrain and support these platforms as valued members of our team.
If you have rotary-wing experience - even if not yet on Wildcat or Merlin - this is a chance to upskill, retrain, and work on next-gen platforms in a supportive, safety-led environment.
