Up to $6,000 referral payment

Refer someone who is successfully hired into one of the eligible Medical Officer or Mental Health roles listed below and you could receive a referral payment of up to $6,000.

Referral payments are calculated pro rata based on the successful candidate’s FTE. Full-time and permanent part-time appointments are eligible. Casual appointments are not eligible.

How to refer

Choose an eligible role

Review the priority vacancies listed above and identify a role that may suit someone in your network 

Open the role and select “Refer a Friend”

  1. Click the referral button for the role you want to recommend someone for
  2. On the job page, select “Refer a Friend” to begin your referral

Submit your friend's details

Enter your friend’s details, then follow the prompts to submit the referral

You must use the “Refer a Friend” option for your referral to be eligible for the incentive

To qualify, referrals must be submitted using the “Refer a Friend” tab in the careers portal.
