Job Title: Technical Assistant
Location: Water Meadows, Rebecca Adlington and Oak Tree leisure centres

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm
Salary: £22,000 per annum + Excellent benefits

The Technical Teams have a shared vision to ensure that the Leisure Centres are maintained to an excellent standard. For that to happen you will be tasked with maintaining the building on a planned preventative and reactive basis. To include building fabric and M&E. You will be responsible for arranging, assisting, and monitoring any contractors required on site. You will be required to undertake any further duties or training as requested by the Technical Manager.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust




The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role 
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety and Welfare Procedures
  • Excellent Hands on Skills and ability
  • A high work ethic with good personal motivation and interpersonal skills
