Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, usually consist of 7am to 3pm, 1pm to 9pm, including weekends.

Salary: £23,855.38 per annum + Excellent benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Cafe Supervisor to join us at Lilleshall National Sports Centre.

 

Lilleshall is one of Sport England`s National Sports Centres and is home to a number of National Governing Bodies of Sport. Lilleshall provides excellent facilities to Britain’s leading sports men and women. Lilleshall is also a Conferencing and Event Centre, boasting a large number of recently refurbished rooms and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, and team-building days.

  

In this role you will support the Cafe team in achieving high standards of service and customer care at all times. The role will also ensure compliance with food safety legislation.

 

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Cafe through completion of schedules, ordering, colleague training, service delivery, cleaning and gaining customer feedback.

 

Working as part of the management team, you will promote the Cafe service with a view to increasing sales in line with the Centre’s business objectives.

 

   

You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with free access to the leisure facilities, various discounts, and excellent development opportunities.

 

About you

 

The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Lilleshall, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when needed.

 

Previous supervisor and customer facing experience in a food environment is desirable.

 

It is also desirable that you hold a food certificate or equivalent, however this is not essential.
