Are you an ambitious and self-motivated clinician seeking a new challenge and a change in career direction? Do you want to work for a progressive and people focussed organisation who are committed to your development? We want to hear from you.

In an exciting new venture, Serco are partnering with the DWP to deliver Functional Health Assessment Services. This critical service supports DWP Decision Makers to help determine eligibility for a range of benefits paid to claimants.

Service users are treated with care and respect, and our colleagues thrive in a supportive culture, where they receive comprehensive training to provide right first time and consistent assessments and reports.

We take pride in and safeguard high standards of care by creating an environment where clinical excellence flourishes. Colleague safety and wellbeing underpins our values, encouraging a positive work-life balance and collaborative team working.

We will be recruiting for a range of exciting opportunities across the service in the coming months and are seeking expressions of interest from talented and ambitious clinical professionals to join our “future talent” community. If you have prior knowledge or expertise in Functional Assessment Services (specifically PIP personal independence payments and WCA workplace capability assessment) this is highly desirable but not essential.

Unlock your potential and join our dynamic and passionate team in shaping a best-in-class Functional Assessment Service.

Please be aware that your application is an expression of interest to join our talent pool. Opportunities will be recruited in various stages over the next 12 months, but we will be keeping in touch with you.
