What you'll be doing
On the Serco Graduate Programme, you'll complete three 8-month placements across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh, gaining hands-on experience in both operational and corporate roles across different sectors. You’ll take on real responsibilities from day one, supported by a structured development plan, regular feedback, and one-on-one coaching from experienced leaders.
Each placement is designed to build your leadership capability by immersing you in key areas such as service delivery, customer engagement, workforce management, business growth and risk mitigation. In parallel, you’ll follow a tailored learning curriculum aligned to Serco’s business priorities – giving you the skills, insights and confidence to step into future leadership roles.
