For Natalie, professional development isn’t optional, it’s essential to providing fulfilling and meaningful work. "Let’s face it, people don’t train for years and years just to sit at their desks and do the same thing over and over again," she says.
“We attend conferences, undertake training, offer progression opportunities, and the chance to actively contribute to academic research – so we can make sure we’re always moving forward. We also offer multiple layers of supervision, ensuring that no one works in isolation”. This strong support system fosters an environment where psychologists feel valued, empowered, and motivated to make a difference.
