We were one of the first organisations to sign the Armed Forces Covenant in 2013, reinforcing our commitment to ensuring members of the Armed Forces community are treated fairly and have access to meaningful career opportunities.
To help make the transition into civilian employment as smooth as possible, we work closely with organisations that support service leavers throughout their journey, including the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), Forces Transition Group (FTG), Walking with the Wounded, and the White Ensign Association.
We're proud that our commitment has been recognised through a number of industry awards, partnerships and accreditations that demonstrate our ongoing support for veterans, reservists and military families.
