If you're successful you'll be invited to attend an online assessment.

Interview

If you're shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an interview.

Step 4: Provider Assessments

If successful, you'll receive a conditional offer and complete some initial and diagnostic assessments.

Step 5: Employed!

You start date will be confirmed for your apprenticeship.

About our internships programme

A Serco Europe internship is your chance to turn potential into progress. Over 3–6 months, you'll take on real responsibilities, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain hands-on experience in your chosen field, whether it's Business Operations, Nursing & Care, HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, or Legal.

Depending on your chosen specialism you could potentially play a part in supporting the vital missions of some of Europe’s most respected institutions, such as the European Space Agency (ESA), the European Commission, NCI Agency, and various EU agencies. From Operations to Administration, your work will have tangible impact and purpose.

Our structured programme is designed to support your growth from day one, with accessible supervisors, expert mentors, and a collaborative team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.

How long does it take?

Typically, our internships are between three and six months.
