What You'll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all contractors and visitors on-site are chaperoned at all times, maintaining their safety and compliance with VIVO and DSTL security regulations. Your primary duty will be to monitor visitors, enforce security protocols, and provide a duty of care, including ensuring appropriate PPE usage and reporting any concerns.
When escorting duties are not required, you will support the team with light administrative tasks, assist in the movement of vehicles for scheduled servicing, and handle other ad hoc requests as needed. This is a part-time role, requiring 17.75 hours per week over three days, with a 20-minute unpaid break per day. Specific working days will be agreed upon with the hiring manager.
What You'll Bring
To excel in this role, you must either be first aid trained or willing to undergo training. Familiarity with tablets, smart mobile phones, and basic computer tasks is essential. You should be a proactive team player with a flexible approach to working hours to cover business requirements, holidays, and absences.
