Working Hours: 40 Hours per Week (8:00AM to 5:00PM)

As an Administrator working within a team of 3, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) team, ensuring the smooth execution of work that keeps our facilities running efficiently. In this role, you will provide top-notch administrative support to ensure seamless operational delivery. You will manage and maintain accurate filing systems, ensuring compliance with company standards, and assist with quality assurance, health & safety, and compliance processes. You will also be responsible for handling purchase orders, managing pre-billable applications from start to finish, and supporting sub-contractor management while engaging with various stakeholders. A key part of your role will be proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

 

What you’ll need;
 

We are looking for someone with experience in a fast-paced administration role. You must be IT literate, particularly in Excel, are essential. You should be highly organized, able to work under pressure, and capable of meeting deadlines with efficiency. A problem-solving mindset and adaptability to change are crucial for success in this role. 
 

While not essential, experience with Maximo applications, MS Office packages (including SharePoint), and familiarity with accommodation contracts or facilities management would be an advantage. Knowledge of gas, electric, and specialist PPM is also desirable, but full training will be provided.

 

You will need to able to pass BPSS Clearance to be eligible for this role.
