Contract: Full Time, Permanent 
Location: Daily travel throughout the Home Counties
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 
Salary: £32,000-£35,000 dependent on experience 

As a Void Works Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality housing maintenance services and ensuring properties meet the required move-in standards.
 

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of void maintenance, carrying out inspections and working closely with service partners to ensure all work is completed to a high standard. You will also manage sub-contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will attend move ins to ensure housing meets DIO standards. Meeting performance targets and maintaining customer satisfaction are essential, alongside conducting health and safety audits.
 

As you will be interacting with military families on move ins, it is essential you have some experience in a customer facing role. 

What you’ll need;
 

It is highly desirable but not essential that you have previous experience in void maintenance or background in housing. It is essential that you are motivated and independent, along with being a strong communicator. You will need to be IT literate with experience in a customer facing role, and happy to be lone working throughout the week
