What You'll Do

As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of operations. You’ll be responsible for booking appointments, scanning and printing documents, answering queries promptly and professionally, and preparing reports, meeting minutes, action logs, and agendas. You’ll manage filing systems, both electronic and hard copy, to support quality management processes and provide administrative support across various departments as needed.

 

In this role, you’ll also coordinate workflow, ensuring tasks are assigned to the right on-site operatives while maintaining safe working practices. You’ll liaise with clients to book and manage workflow items, work closely with supply chain partners to obtain service reports, and oversee the close-out process. Handling emails and incoming calls within service level agreements, raising requests in the CAFM system, and managing service requests will be part of your daily routine. You’ll also generate purchase orders, escalate complaints where necessary, and contribute to achieving key performance indicators and quality targets.

 

What You'll Bring

To excel in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience, a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, and a full UK driving licence. Given the nature of the role, you must be a UK national and be able to obtain SC Clearance.
