As our Commercial Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and creating competitive pricing strategies. This role is perfect for someone with a consulting background and experience in advisory services who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Business Development: Identify potential clients and sectors aligned with +Impact’s strategic growth priorities. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
  • Pricing and Proposals: Develop competitive pricing strategies for bids and proposals. Support the creation of high-quality tenders and client-facing materials.
  • Proposition Development: Contribute to developing +Impact’s service offerings and align pricing models with customer needs and profitability targets.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, solution presentations, and proposal pitches. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure alignment with delivery capabilities.
  • Generalist Support: Provide hands-on support across various startup-phase activities, including project management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Significant experience in a consulting or advisory role, with exposure to pricing and proposal development.
  • Strong understanding of business development within advisory services.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills, particularly in pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in creating client-facing proposals and pricing models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.
