Great Western Hospital

 

Full time – 37.5 hours per week. 

Salary £25,000.00 to £27,000.00 depending on experience, plus Serco benefits.

Main Purpose:

To support Serco’s Estate team in delivering planned and reactive maintenance works on site in a well organised and professional manner. 

The Estates Co-ordinator will report into the Compliance & Asset Manager for Serco on site, who in turn will report to the Head of Estates for the contract. 

Main Accountabilities: 

·       Manage the delivery of the Estates planned maintenance (PPM) reactive maintenance service (RM) using the CAFM system. 

·       Ensure that the resources required to undertake planned or reactive works are efficiently utilised. 

·       Ensure proactive monitoring of the work of the Estates staff, and that their work is undertaken to the documented standards, within timescales and to high levels of user satisfaction. 

·       To answer incoming calls and Estates emails in a friendly and professional manner. 

·       Logging Estates requests and aiding on reporting on the delivery of PMs and RMs. 

·       Manage the Estates filing systems, and any other ad-hoc administration requests as required. 

 

What you will need for the role:

 

·       Knowledge of a CAFM system 

·       High Level of Customer Service 

·       Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills

·       Able to manage workload and meet required deadlines. 

·       Be organised and methodical with good attention to detail. 

·       Problem solving 

·       Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive. 

·       Good Contractor relations 

·       Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, Outlook email, internet/web-based material
