Here at Serco London Cycle Hire Scheme, we are seeking a Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to the smooth day-to-day operations and providing high-level support to our leadership team.

 

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Senior Management team, this includes managing schedules, booking meetings, and preparing high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Review and proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, and formatting, ensuring all communications and reports are of the highest standard.
  • Manage and update our local SharePoint site (training provided), ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Organise staff events.
  • Act as a point of contact for visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the office is fully stocked with supplies and all resources are available for the team.

 

 

What you will need to do the role:

  • Ideally you will have worked within a Business Support, Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong writing skills for clear and professional reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Keen eye for detail, high accuracy in managing documents and ensuring correctness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with SharePoint, and a quick learner with new software.
  • Strong organisational skills for handling multiple tasks with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
