Location: Lilleshall National Sports and Conferencing Centre, Shropshire
Job type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: 39 per week, 5 out of 7 days, Various shifts including 5am-1pm , 7am-3pm, 12pm - 8pm, 1pm - 9pm
Salary: £27-28k per annum, plus excellent benefits

We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team at Lilleshall National Sports and Conferencing Centre, a prestigious venue where elite athletes and Olympians train.

Alongside being a top-tier training centre, Lilleshall also hosts a thriving conference and events hub, featuring recently refurbished rooms and scenic outdoor spaces perfect for weddings, corporate events, and team-building days.

As part of our kitchen team, you’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You’ll help develop our catering services too, and ensure high standards are always met when it comes to customer service, uniform, cleaning, and food handling and preparation.

About you 
We’re looking for someone with a solid background in catering, ideally with experience in a previous chef role. A Level 2 Food Safety certificate is essential, and if you’ve catered for weddings or private events before, that’s a big plus. Most importantly, you’ll bring passion, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service.
