As a Senior Specialist Provision Coordinator in our Employment, Skills and Enterprise team, you’ll champion innovative support for participants on the Restart Scheme, ensuring high-quality specialist provision is onboarded, promoted and continuously improved.
Your work will directly help people overcome barriers and move into sustainable employment.
You’ll be entrusted to:
- Lead the implementation of new specialist initiatives, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed.
- Build and nurture relationships with specialist providers, self-delivery teams and supply-chain partners.
- Analyse performance data, reporting monthly to Operations Managers and recommending improvements.
- Promote provision internally by creating engaging marketing materials and leading staff inductions.
- Chair single point of contact (SPOC) meetings to maximise provision use and streamline processes.
- Act as deputy for the Specialist Provision Manager and provide cover across the wider co-ordinator team.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have…
- Proven experience in a senior administrative or co-ordination role, ideally within employability or third-party supplier environments.
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Forms to manage data and produce clear reports.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, able to balance multiple priorities without compromising quality.
- A commitment to integrity, inclusive practice and safeguarding participants’ wellbeing
- Previous Line Manager experience is desirable
