Analyst-AASC
Home Based, GB
Home Based
Salary £27,000 - £36,000
Step into a role that’s more than just numbers. At Serco, we’re building a cutting-edge Analytics and Performance team at the heart of the AASC contract, a vital function that turns raw data into strategic insights, driving improvements that make a real difference across our operations.
This is your chance to join a fast-evolving environment where your work won’t just be seen, it’ll shape how we operate, optimise services, and deliver outstanding performance for our customers and stakeholders.
This is a home-based role, with infrequent travel required to our delivery centres in Warrington and the West Midlands.
As an Analyst, you’ll collaborate with senior analysts and the Head of Analytics & Performance to deliver fast, reliable, and actionable information. You’ll help craft dynamic dashboards, generate critical performance insights, and play a key role in the creation of a truly data-driven culture.
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience using analytical tools such as Power BI, BBA or Power Query, alongside a general background in analysis. Ideally, you’ll already be working in an analyst role and looking to develop your skills in a more strategic and high-impact setting.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Producing clear and timely performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Developing intuitive, interactive dashboards and visual reports
- Using your expertise in Power BI and Excel to bring complex data to life
- Supporting the evolution of our data platforms through testing and collaboration
- Playing a hands-on role in knowledge sharing, training, and stakeholder engagement
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience with Excel, Power BI or Power Query
- A confident understanding of analytics tools and data presentation
- A collaborative mindset and the curiosity to drive continuous improvement
- A passion for solving problems and influencing smarter decisions
Experience with SQL, Minitab, or LEAN 6Sigma methodologies is a bonus, but not essential. Occasional travel to Warrington and the West Midlands may be required. Please note: candidates must have lived in the UK for at least five years to meet security clearance requirements.
Ready to put your analytical talent to work where it really matters? Be part of something that goes beyond reporting—help us transform how we think, act, and deliver.
