Your Opportunity
We are looking to hire a Senior Training Consultant who will support an esteemed organization to activate and operate one of the largest parks located in KSA where the project aims to contribute to improving the quality of life for the city as well as achieving KSA’s national vision.
The park under consideration will offer 3 key strategic benefits. Firstly it will improve the quality of life of citizens, residents and visitors. Secondly, it will contribute to the socio-economic development of the city, and finally it will appreciate the value, quality and range of real estate in and around the area surrounding the park. The park will serve as the host for a range of exciting public destinations, including entertainment, iconic cultural developments, retail and leisure functions.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, and good communication. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritizing skills.
This role is part of our Advisory team and will be based in KSA.
The hiring for this role is subject to contract award
Key Accountabilities
- Undertake an assessment of current market skills and develop technical development program requirements, identifying key skills matrix professional development program for client’s operations and outsourced maintenance staff.
- Develop and submit training matrix and training requirements for landscape and horticultural operation and maintenance outsourced delivery staff, for review and approval by the client.
- Identify local and international training partners to support the delivery of the training program for client’s operational and maintenance managerial staff and for client’s Partners.
- Develop technical and research program for client’s Managerial staff.
- Develop training key performance indicators for client and outsourced staff.
- Conduct on-site professional development sessions for the client and Key vendor staff throughout the contract period.
Specific Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of experience
- Degree in Training and/or Landscape Management & Operations
- International experience in Landscape, Horticulture and Parks Management
- Certified Organizational Training Experience
