Your Opportunity  

We are currently bidding for a new project and looking to hire a Project Administrator who will support the Project with a cohesive administration service that promotes the timely delivery of operations and cost recovery, supporting all designated internal/external contacts and communications, and providing executive admin support to the site management team.

 

The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, and good communication. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritizing skills. 

 

This role is part of the administration team and will be based in Riyadh, KSA.

 

The hiring for this position is still subject to contract award.

 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
  • Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals
  • Create and update workflows
  • Conduct risk analyses
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Order resources, like equipment and software
  • Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
  • Track expenses and predict future costs
  •  Monitor project progress and address potential issues
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
  • Measure and report on project performance
  • Act as the point of contact for all participants
  • Performs miscellaneous administrative duties.

 

Specific Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a coordination and administration role in the GCC region.
  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree.  Business administration or related discipline preferred
  • KSA experience preferred.
  • Delivery focused individual with the ability to work in a self-sufficient manner.
  • Ability to demonstrate both good literacy and numeracy skills required for the role.
  • Possess strong PC skills including proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point applications.
  • Able to build strong working relationships.
  • Shows confidence in communication – English language is essential, written and verbal.
  • Customer focus with a drive to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • A dynamic, high-energy individual who can support several groups/sections within a contract,
  • Possess good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information.
