Your Opportunity  

We are currently bidding for a new project and we are looking to hire a Document Controller who will be reporting directly to the Project Manager or a Project Lead but an adaptability to complex matrix project based work, where functional and operational management may be fluid, is required and expected for the role to support the wider consultancy team.

 

The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, and good communication. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritizing skills. 

 

This role is part of our Operations team and will be based in Riyadh, KSA.

 

The hiring for this position is still subject to contract award.

 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Cascade the Program Document Management policies and procedures into the work environment.
  • Execute specific tasks and daily routines of document management and control
  • Ensure Document Management procedures are adhered to
  • Provide input to develop and enhance internal operating procedures where there is an input by or interface with Document Management
  • Ensure consistency of Document Management working practices within the team
  • Ensure the Document Management protocol and standards are followed by the Consultants personnel and Serco’s team
  • Ensure the distribution of hard copy and electronic documents is carried out
  • Oversee the control and recording of correspondence with the Entities and Contractors/Consultants

 

Specific Requirements 

  • Minimum Four (4) years’ experience in related field on national / international major initiatives and developments.
  • Record of engagement with a wide range of stakeholders and wider commercial and public sector stakeholders.
  • Expert in use and administration of document management systems.
  • A proven track record of instituting continuous improvement
  • Demonstrable experience of operating and administering a document management system.
  • Ability to advise and consult on the use of a document management system.
  • Expert knowledge of Aconex document management system
  • MUST be a Saudi National.
