Your Opportunity  

We are looking to hire a Multi-skilled technician with the ability and qualifications to undertake Civil minor project tasks. Work as driver when its needed or during the absence of the regular driver. Work on allocated Civil/MAC project scope installation works and measure, monitor, and control the work on site. Assist and provide support to Project Supervisor/Engineer on MAC, Minor/Major projects tasks such as creating plans, surveying sites, and inspecting projects and perform the assigned task for MAC/Minor projects.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, and good communication. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritizing skills. 

This role is part of the Operations team and will be based in our ADIA Contract

Key Accountabilities 

• Communicate effectively in a professional, tactful, and courteous manner with seniors, clients & colleagues

• Ready to Work on flexible shifts when job demands

• Take part in risk workshops and report any risks associated with Civil installations or general projects

• Basic ability to read, interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, or oral instruction on a variety of structures related to the project

• Assist with moving loading, unloading, and storing supplies, furniture, and equipment

• Adjustment of hours and/or weekend work may be required and/or occasional overtime

• Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and standards in a safe manner and with minimal supervision

Specific Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience in a similar role.

• Good knowledge on the Interior fit out works, building fabric installation & maintenance. Knowledge of CAFM system, KPI & SLA. Basic understanding of the Civil fit out works and office layout installation and removal in commercial buildings or other facilities management building services engineering environment.

• Good level of the English language both written and spoken.

• Able to foster good relations with colleagues and other departments and be a good team player.

• Technically competent with a clear technical understanding of buildings office layout set up requirements. · Technical and safety awareness with a clear understanding of electrical safety, permit to works, processes, procedures, use of electrical tools and associated test equipment.
