About you

As a HVAC technician you have demonstrated experience within a maintenance position in a large and complex environment. You are motivated and ready for the opportunity to take on maintenance work to achieve a high standard performance in this state-of-the-art facility. You have strong communication skills and align to our values, with a commitment and passion for the on-going rehabilitation of the people in our care.

 

About the Role

As a HVTC Technician, you will be responsible to undertake planned and unplanned heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance works. You will contribute in the implementation of technology enhancement and updates and provide day to day response to identified defects, actively promoting a safety culture and following all health and safety standards and processes. To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Have similar experience in a HVAC Technician role
  • Demonstrated experience within a maintenance position in a large and complex environment (desirable)
  • Experience interfacing with subcontractors and achieving the required service outcomes.
  • Hold a Certificate III in Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration (or similar)
  • Hold a restricted Electrical License (Disconnect/Reconnect)
  • Qualifications in Refrigerant Handling (Desirable)
  • Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintains high levels of integrity
